Background

Ramon Reyes was the son of the famous bull fighter Raul Reyes, he followed his father around Mexico and the USA for his entire childhood, there was only his father and him.

When Ramon was twelve Raul was invited to Big city to showcase his skill as a bullfighter, it was to be a bloodless bullfight, unfortunately before the event, the Hexon Valise accident occurred and contaminated water was given to the bull.

Once inside the ring the bull became enraged and doubled in size, before Raul could react he was gored by the mutated bull. Ramon horrified rushed to his father before anyone could stop him, the bull did not gore Ramon instead it bit down on his arm and tossed him around like a cat playing with prey. The bull was shot and Ramon survived the encounter.

Hexon paid for Raul's furneral and all of Ramon's medical expenses, they treated him at their special injuries centre in Big city. Once the press interest in Ramon quieted down he was transferred to an undisclosed location.

At the age of sixteen Ramon started to exhibit signs of mutation, Hexon increased its level of study accordingly. Last month Dozer escaped the facility and has been hiding out in Big city ever since.
