Despite “company reps” having a reputation for being grade-A sociopaths willing to step on anyone for a profit, Harrison is a genuinely sympathetic person who has a thing for colourful bowties with fun designs on them, although marshal Park sees this as a role Harrison puts on to manipulate those he deems lesser. Harrison can be firm and business-like when the need arises, but he exhausts every option before putting one of the people he works with in a bad position.
