Jumper
Background
James Jenkins was a normal child, he was fascinated by animals, amphibians in particular.
He was playing with frog spawn in the local river when the Hexon Valise spillage contaminated the water, the mutagenic compound merged the tadpole DNA with his, the pain of this was excruciating and he fainted, sinking to she bottom of the river bed.
He was missing for five days, the search parties failed to find him, the river current having dragged him far from home, when he awoke he had changed, he tried to find a way home, but people screamed at the sight of him, police tried to catch him like he was a bad guy, he fled, and hid, he would have starved but he was found by an man who eyes were not so good, he called James jumper as he was so skittish, jumping at anything.
That was five years ago, inthat time Jumper (he no longer thinks of himself as James) has learnt to use his abilities to protect himself on the streets of Big city, he as found other mutated friends they have formed a gang...
