Casamir
Background
Casamir is not exactly human. His mother has always told him that his father was an Undine and Casamir's magical abilities would suggest that this could be true.
Even as a child he was able to manipulate the four cardinal elements in small ways, and as he grew, so did his mastery of the elements - though his true affinity has always been with water.
He truly loves the sea, and spends as much of his time on, or beneath, the waves as he can - his Undine ancestry presumably responsible for the bubble of air he can create around himself. Casamir is not a deep thinker, however, flowing like water from one project to the next.
