He’s grown up his whole life with a chip on his shoulder about the way the French nobility are now nobles only in name - even more so that had the revolution never happened he’d be in line for the throne. This combined with his natural aptitude for hacking has lead him to a vision of the future where he brings down La Republique and returns la noblesse to power.
