    Background

    Jade was born in a small farming village on the edge of CS territory, enough they suffered raids from time to time. She lost her parents in one such raid and was taking care of herself afterwards. The other villages thought she was “spooky” or “cursed” and didn’t take her in. A wizard exiled from the Federation of Magic wandered into town and identified that “spooky” aura about her as a great gift for magic. He offered to teach her and she accepted, mastering her arcane gifts in just a few years as they wandered the southern half of the US, avoiding many enemies.

    She found she had many magical talents, most notably a talent for destruction! She has a seemingly endless amount of blasting spells of all sizes and natures.

    Recently, her mentor told her he had taught all she could learn from teaching, so now it was time to learn on her own path. She has a gift for storytelling and tries to spark the magic in people who listen to her tales of better worlds and better ways to live in this one.
